Job Purpose:

* End to End BVS operations/ Management

• Coordination with Regions and BVS Devices’ vendors

• BVS R&R and BVS Devices Management

Job Responsibilities:

BVS devices complete R&R diagnosis

R&R Warranty Monitoring

R&R Devices Recuring Parts

Monitoring R&R Portal status updating R&R Devices

Reporting and Analysis R&R Devices Technical evaluation.

SLA Expired BVS devices handling submitted to warehouse

BVS R&R Vendor coordination.

BVS R&R Vend Franchise Visits

Support on BVS Issues (calls & Video Calls)

Handling of R&R BVS Courier Issues (BVS pickups issue etc)

BVS Packing & Dispatching BVS software issues

Coordination with HQ R&R Login creation for newly Hired/ Relocate BDO R&R Devices movement

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

Bachelors in any relevant business / major

Work Experience:

2 & More Years in Operations & Front End Level (CSC, Sales etc.)

Skills - Generic:

Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Knowledge of BVS Devices & Initial Troubleshooting

Skills - Job Specific:
